Looking for recommendations for a good tailor/seamstress for alterations (relatively simple) for my wedding dress. Capitol Hill area preferred, but Bethesda/Crystal City/Pentagon City OK too.

Am OK paying high process for quality/peace of mind.

You didn't mention arlington, but just in case: Fashion Dream on Wilson Blvd in Courthouse. She is an incredible tailor and my dress fit like a glove. I looked like Jessica Rabbit, and trust me, that has never happened before or since.
