We looked at this place but when we got accepted the costs were far higher than we were told. The residents seemed happy but not much in terms of support.

My grandma was here and liked it. Very little in terms of support but you can bring a caregiver in.

Talked to them but they only take the medicaid waiver and our family member had much less income so it would not work for us. They were very nice.

How much assistance do they need? Five Star Premier Residence on CT Ave. in Chevy Chase is independent living but you can pay extra for some assistance. Most meals and housekeeping are included with lots of activities. I think the price is closer to $4,700/month.
