Where have you seen candy/caramel apples sold in the DC-area? I need to order in bulk for an event this fall and shipping costs are killer! Hoping to find a local vendor.

I just checked and shipping is NOT included. That's where they get you since it is a perishable item and needs to be shipped overnight. I need somewhere local. Anyone?

Call Rocky Mountain chocolate factory. There is one in potomac mills. If you aren't too far maybe you could make a deal if you buy in quantity, because individually they are so expensive.
