Any crockpot oatmeal recipes?

I'm looking for a few good crockpot oatmeal recipes. Can I cook this over night?
Thank you.

You need to use steel-cut oats to cook over night, otherwise, you will have a mushy stick mess.

There are lots of recipes online, but I believe the ratio is roughly 1 cup of steel cut oats to 4 cups of liquid. I usually do a mix of water and some kind of milk or milk substitute. You can change it up with using applesauce, pumpkin puree, and add seasonal ingredients like pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, etc. Make sure to spray your crockpot with non-stick spray or butter it.

There's a summer version that my son likes that uses rolled oats, milk, yogurt, and cinnamon in a jar in the fridge. You can add fresh fruit and eat it cold, which is refreshing, or warm it up in the microwave.
