| No specific recommendations for you, OP, but see if you can find a nurse practitioner. I always felt more comfortable with them as a teen and had great experiences with NPs. |

I believe Georgetown's adolescent clinic offers gynecological services--likely through an NP.
I'd avoid a gyn with a very busy OB practice. Appointments can take a very long time to get. My DD is at one of these for hormonal issues and getting an appointment can be very frustrating. |

| OP - just trying to find a regular GYN, preferably with a practioner, that DD can have for awhile. Nothing urgent. |

PP here. We use Dr. Stany and like her a lot. But appointments can take a long time. If there is something urgent, however, one can usually see another doctor pretty quickly or the NP even more quickly. |

| Jackie, the NP at RHJN, is lovely. She's really warm and friendly and understanding in general, so that might be one option. |
