| I cooked half a pound of black beans in the pressure cooker this morning and now have ~4 cups of leftover liquid, which is a mix of the pork stock I cooked them in and the liquid from the beans themselves. Throwing it out seems like a waste, any suggestions for how to use it up? |
| Freeze in batches and use as a base for soup, chili, rice and beans. |
