toothbrush for a chewer?

Anonymous
My young kid likes to bite vs. brush with the toothbrush and as a consequence the bristles come loose rather quickly.

I need something for a small mouth, oral motor issues, and can stand up to the chewing. Not sure if it exists.

suggest using a motorized brush - they come with a battery and the spnning round head is hard to bite

Actually DC bit down on that kind too.

This. The sensation of something vibrating in his mouth actually helped him stop chewing and start actually brushing. I had avoided it for a long time because I thought the sensation would be too much but turned out to be just what he needed.
