Does eating peanut butter make your mouth/face feel REALLY good?

I was just telling my husband about how when I eat peanut butter (a medium to large mouthful) I get what honestly feels like a face orgasm. I thought he'd be familiar but he thinks I am nuts.

PB&J doesn't do it. It happens when I dip pretzels in PB and end up having a very sticky mouthful. Sorry that sounds gross. But you KWIM. I'll stop now.

I think I get what you mean though I prefer it with chocolate. The feeling of a mouthful of melted chocolate is awesome.
