| A few years ago, I was at someone's house for lunch and she served cold salmon in some type of sweet marinade. It had some of the jelly on it and it was delicious. I want to try and make it, but can't figure out what it is or find a recipe |

Not aspic, I think the jelly may have formed from being refrigerated. |
