| I know this is ignorant, but there is a wrap dress that has caught my eye, and I literally don't understand how to put these on. How is one supposed to do it? Also, is there any risk of it coming open/untied? Thanks. |
| Can't explain how to put it on, but yes, it can come open. It should wrap around a lot so that if it flies open nothing shows, but I still use a safety pin on the bottom skirt. |

Normally you step into it because the strap goes through both parts of the dress in holes.
Then you simply wrap the sides and take the strap and go around your back and tie on side in front. If you tie with a knot it should not come undone but if there is wind it WILL fly open. LOL. I also wear a cami underneath most of the time. |
| I love the way they look with no wind, but after many mishaps i will never buy one again |
| I find they tend to have very deep necklines - I usually have to wear a cami underneath. Haven't had the problem PPs mention with the skirt. |
| OP here-thank you everybody! |
| Some are very clingy, so make sure you're not showing panty lines on anything else you don't want to show! |
I have never stepped into a wrap dress! OP, this is not necessary. OP, if the skirt does not wrap around enough it can come open. Personally, I like the ones that have enough material that they are "doubled up" in the front - picture pulling back the front part of the wrap, and your legs still being covered by the layer underneath. Safety pins are always handy, though. |
