Good Waldorf salad recipe?

I am making a sausage quiche for dinner tonight and would like to serve a good waldorf salad on the side.

There are tons of recipes for waldorf salad out there... which one is your favorite?

This is my all time favorite go to recipe:

1 cup mayo
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 lbs red apple (cut in cubes)
2 cups of sliced celery
1 cup of chopped walnuts or pecans
1 cup raisins (optional)

Mix the lime juice and the mayo first, then mix all the ingredients.
Let it settle for a couple of hours before serving.
