couple breastmilk storage questions

1) How long can you refrigerate BM before freezing it?
2) How long can you keep BM in a cooler before freezing it?
3) For moms who bring BM to a daycare or nanny share, do you use a regular cooler? Do you put ice packs in there and then unload it into a fridge when you arrive?
