half-day preschool options in NW DC?

| I am looking for ideas for half-day preschool options in NW DC. I am ideally looking for programs in downtown (farragut, dupont) or close to downtown but realize they may not exist. Do these programs exist or are all the preschool programs in this area full-day? TIA ! |

| I think the Montessori schools (Aiden, Franklin) have half-day options. The Jewish school known as "The Gan" (not sure what its official name is) has half day and part-time options as well. Good luck. |

| Now that School For Friends got rid of their half-day program, I don't think there's any half day programs in the downtown area, but you could try DPR co-op... |

| "The Gan" is Gan HaYeled, at Adas Israel (right near Cleveland Park Metro stop). Fantastically wonderful place. |
