The Pig - Logan Circle, What pig part to order?

Hi,
I'm taking a group here for my DH birthday.

The menu says you can preorder whole pig parts.

want to enjoy a one of a kind dining experience?
pre-order your pig parts:
whole roasted head - $60
1/2 loin - $40 shoulder - $55
full loin - $75 porchetta - $100

What would you order? I'm hoping to have around 6-7 people for dinner.

Oh yum! I'd get the big pig, a sausage board, salads, and a shoulder. Lots of stuff to taste. Dunno about starch---the roasted veggies maybe?

The head is delicious, but it is unsettling for some people. Skip it.

I love porchetta! Haven't had it at The Pig, however.
