I just discovered the Herr's Old Bay potato chips and saw the recipe for crabcakes on the back of the bag. Hopefully can make those crabcakes soon. I use the Phillips crabcake recipe but make it GF by using gluten free bread. They are yummy! |
| Creamed crab omelette. Make a bechamel sauce (use a little GF flour for the roux). Add a little sherry, a touch of cayenne, and your crab meat. Add cheese if you must (but it's good without). Fill and top your omelette. Serve with a mix of canteloupe and strawberries, and bloodies or mimosas. |
