Gluten free question

Is there such thing as gluten free Chinese food out there in the restaurant? Anyone been to a Chinese restaurant that even understands what gluten or even the word wheat means?

Considering a ton of their sauces contain soy sauce, I'm going to guess that it would be hard to find

PF Chang's is as good as you'll find here for GF. I went to a restaurant in NYC that had GF chinese food options too. We make our own GF stir-frys at home.

Yes there are - they use GF soy sauce in the items. There are some national chains that do it (PF Chang, Pei Wei), as well as some local ones.
