Does anyone know the name of the bbq shack or bbq stand along route 50 west towards Winchester?

Willard's is located in a strip mall. It is def not some random little building in the country off rt 50.

Yep. OP said out toward Winchester. That's way out, past Leesburg.
Willard's is in an office park in Chantilly, a little closer to DC than Dulles.
