I use the marinade in that recipe for thin-sliced chicken breasts a lot, then grill the chicken. Definitely marinate overnight. Comes out really great. |
| For beef, soy sauce (diluted with some water), brown sugar, ginger, and garlic. Grill. |

- Chi Chi's Margarita Mix with tequila
- Fresh crushed garlic (ziploc bag a few hours). It's AMAZING - reminds me of caribbean grilled food. I tried another brand of margarita mix and it was revolting - could barely eat it. So definitely get the Chi Chi's Brand. |
