How do we keep track of certain posts?

is there a way to keep track of specific posts? Or do you have to do a search all of the time?

If you are not logged in, about the only thing you can do is bookmark it in your browser.

What about if we are logged in (new member)? I notice on the left side of the screen there is an option for my bookmarks, but cannot figure out how to add certain posts there.

Nevermind, figured it out........far bottom left of page, there is add button.
