I need to buy some "feuilles de brick" but don't know how they are called in English. It's almost like Phyllo dough but not really it.
I need this to prepare some Moroccan samosas. Thank you for you help! |
| It's also called warka dough, but I don't know where you can find it aside from online. |

You could try making it:
http://www.paula-wolfert.com/recipes/homemade_warka.html Otherwise, I'd call Middle Eastern speciality markets and see if they have it. |
Thank you for the link but it looks too complicated to make. I will try contacting Middle Eastern stores. |
| Halal co carries it, as well as many ethnic stores. I don't think there is a word for it in English, but I use a Tunisian brand called "Malsouka", I sometimes substitute with an asian brand usually used for spring rolls but they are a little thicker that the Malsouka. |
Thanks! |
