Or who the 1 is |
| I’m sure there’s a bunch of pride and stars families hoping those girls don’t tryout. But are some of the pride/stars girls going to look somewhere else and not go to capital because reasons? |
No it won’t and no I don’t see anyone coming back. Why would they? They are all already on established top 10 teams, one of which will likely be the no 1 team. Nor should anyone care here. We have the players to make a very good team and the rankings when you are in the top 15 do not matter since they will all be getting collegiate attention and that is what it is all about. So wish everyone well, but never understood the speculation or desire to have them come back. |
| I don’t think any pride parents are worried about any Maryland girls coming to tryouts. On the other hand the STJ girls are a little nervous. |
Laughable. There’s the Pride mafia we all love. |
A bit of skepticism would serve you well re: this forum. |
100%. There are some people who like to stir the pot. Wishing all the girls trying out next week wherever that may be. It’s stressful all around and these kids and parents have invested a ton of time and money. |
I wonder what would happen if Pride, STJ and other girls just stayed where they r? If everyone is doing well and developing why bother. Wherever the talent the recruiters will come. Then Capital would be the next step for Bethesda players and SSSA. If Capital does not have talent, colleges r not going to just take a Capital player b/c of the brand. |
| More Cap tryout anxiety insomnia. How do you people sleep with all this pressure? |
You are a dedicated troll. Picture you setting your alarm to go off to make these posts. You win. Bravo. |
Nobody wants to be the guinea pig in this scenario. Capital has the best recruiting connections in the area. So until that changes, they will remain the premier HS club in the area. |
| Pride already had the 23s and 24s as guinea pigs for their HS program and it didn't work out. |
There isn't 1. Take the Under all day long. |
| Opacity of Capital process presents challenges for players with options. |
If Pride kept all their players, they would beat Capital. |
