PCOS doctor in Northern Va that takes anthem?

| I am in a rock and a hard place at the moment. my regular gyn won't give me meds for pcos and while my ultimate goal is to conceive #2, i need to be able to go to a doctor that will prescribe me metformin and synthroid. insurance won't cover anything fertility related but it will cover pcos (go figure) so is there a good dr that understands pcos in NOVA that takes anthem? |

A primary physician will be able to prescribe metformin and synthroid. That's who I go to for these medications (not PCOS, but I'm hypothyroid and borderline on HA1c). They ask me to come in every 3 months to check levels and adjust doses if needed.

| Dr. Durso. She is located at the corner of 50 and Prosperity. My first IUI with her was successful and she is very knowledgable when it comes to PCOS. |
