shortbread

There are a million different recipes online for shortbread. Most call for flour, sugar, butter. I even found one that calls for rice flour (I've never used that). Does anyone know of a link for a tried and true recipe, or have a favorite of your own?

OP here - thanks for this. Made it yesterday and it was the best shortbread I've ever had. Easy and very few ingredients.
