Best cheese platter??

Looking for a cheese platter for a party. Where do you order from?

I go to a specialty cheese shop like Cheesetique or Cowgirl Creamery and give them my price point and joe many servings I need- great reccomendations!

I pick up 4 to 6 kinds at costco and arrange on a cheese board with a few grape segments

I usually do a mix of three types to a board:

--hard like a cheddar or manchego
--semi-soft like havarti, gouda
--soft like goat cheese, brie

I've had good luck at wegmans. Otherwise, I pick cheese up at whole foods.

Nobody beats Costco for cheese price/selection.

If you're in Bethesda, there's a really outstanding cheese vendor at the Central Farm Market (Bethesda Elementary on Sundays). If that's not convenient, I usually head to Whole Foods. Or sometimes Balducci's.
