Senior year standardized tests

| DS was pleased with his SAT scores, but wants to try the ACT just for comparison. He's a rising senior and just decided he wants to take it a few days ago, so obviously it will have to be taken his senior year. If he takes it in September, would that be too late for admissions purposes? |

| Nope, not too late. Usually it only takes about 3 weeks to get the scores back, so he should have them by the end of October at the very latest. |

| December is not too late for UVA application. |

| The first ACT in the fall is September 13, 2014....plenty of time to prepare take it and assess results prior to filing the college applications. |
