Pain during 2ww

I'm getting twinges of sharp pain (very brief) on lower left side of my belly...is this normal? Keep thinking its a sign I'm definitely preg or def not preg or def have an ectopic (had one previously)...hate the 2ww.

I don't know if this helps or not, but I'm having the same thing. I get little twinges. I also have very faint spotting, so either my period is several days early (I'm always regular, but perhaps stress can bring it early?) or it's implantation bleeding. I hate not knowing. I'm there with you!
