Old Town Alexandria is basically at sea level, and there are lots of parks along the river.
There's also Gravelly Point. It's just North of the airport, and you can only access it from Northbounc GW Parkway. |

| Old Town Alexandria is pretty much entirely waterfront sea level. You can walk from the Woodrow Wilson Bridge, to National Airport (and beyond). Tons of waterfront parks. |
