Cold Water

Okay...don't say "Didn't you research this??" because I have, and I can't seem to find anything....
Im wondering if anyone feels cold after drinking cold water. Im not talking, refreshed or cooled off...Im taking about.."getting-a-blanket" cold. I dont know why my body seems to do this and I was wondering if it was normal or bad for me? TIA! |

| Is it ice cold water or water from chilled pipes during the winter? Does this happen to you during the summertime when hot (not in an AC environment)? |

| Yes, its water with ice..in a glass or a cup. Happens all year around... |

| Yep, happens to me also. I typically drink beverages without ice (especially in the winter). I get cold after I eat most foods, but definitely worse with cold beverages. Never known why. Hope someone has an idea. |

| Could be that your body is exerting more energy to warm your insides. Are you thin or often cold? |
