Women's Multi-vitamin Suggestion

Anonymous
My doctor told me to start taking a women's multi-vitamin. Does anyone have any suggestions of good brands? Do these things really work, and have you noticed a change in anything since taking them?

I buy Nature Made multi with iron at Giant. I also use a vitamin B-50 complex, recommended for energy and depression. Many women on the pill have B deficiencies, apparently. And ditto the vitamin D. We don't seem to get enough, and it's the latest vitamin linked to an anti-cancer diet.

Oh, I've taken multi vitamins most of my 45 years, so I have no clue if they make a difference or not. But I'm healthy.
