where to meet for coffee in Annapolis?

I'm planning to meet some friends for coffee tomorrow morning in Annapolis (down by the dock). I know there's a Starbucks, but would love any suggestions for an indigenous coffee house or bakery. Thanks.

For actual coffee Starbucks is going to be your best bet. Chick & Ruth's is an Annapolis staple (itty bitty diner) and Reynold's Tavern does a wonderful afternoon tea.

Hard Bean is my favorite, but there's also City Dock Cafe down on Market St. And a City Dock Cafe up on Maryland Ave.
