Hi,
I have a 2 month old and need to start checking out preschools for her for when she's about 18 months or so. I don't even know where to begin. Church/synagogue/nonaffiliate school--we don't care--we just want the best place for her in terms of nice people, good learning programs, etc. Can you let me know where your kids are and what you recommend (or what schools you don't recommend?) Many thanks in advance! |
I only looked at co-op schools because of cost (and our desire not to be stressed about admissions and feeders and such) and was happy with the ones I saw.
Suburban Bannockburn Concord-St. Andrews * where we landed for both kids. We loved the family environment and easy attitudes. Parents we met there were wonderful. All start at age 2 though. |
We have been extremely happy with the teachers at Westmoreland Children's Center's Pilgrim campus (5500 Massachusetts Ave). It's a small, cozy, play-based nursery school, and both children have loved it. |
