| My partner and I are moving from Shaw into a house in SE (specially, southern Benning Ridge, next to Ft Dupont Park). We love the old brick cape cods and colonials of the neighborhood. Would love to meet others here and hear about your experiences living EOTR! |

| We are renting a 500 sqft 1BR apt in Shaw. Not enough space for the two of us and our dog (though we do have a private backyard). We're moving because we need more space and we will be first time home owners! |
