| I asked once in the frozen department (since the item that I missed is frozen) and was told to ask at the courtesy desk, since 'the requests have more meaning coming directly from customers.' I did, but still haven't seen my item back. I keep trying. |

| I've asked for many things, including corn bread year-round. Many times their supplier stops making the product. Sometimes the store doesn't see the demand and doesn't order - they give a fair amount of control to the local manager. In one case (banana chips) we asked to order and they accomodated. |
