Which is the better investment financially...,
1) $ in IRA or 2) upgrading to a more expensive and desirable neighborhood (schools and location are high quality here but would be much better in new area) |

| It sounds like you are talking about primary residence not rental property. I vote real estate/house. You'll get much more enjoyment from living in a better house in a better location than you will from retirement savings. |
