Neuro recs that take BCBS federal basic

My boyfriend has a blown pupil that's not dilating, he had an MRI with contrast done tonight and we should hear something tomorrow. It's probably nothing, but if it's not, does anyone have a neuro they like? In the Alexandria area would be convenient (or near the Chinatown metro, since that's near work) but we're willing to drive for someone who's really good. He has a bit of a fear of doctors, so someone who's got decent bedside manner would be great. Also, if there's anyone we should try to avoid, I'd like as much information as I can gather. He got elbowed in the head playing ball hockey so forcefully his glasses broke about a month ago, but had no concussion symptoms at the time. He has no other symptoms besides pretty forceful sleep twitching--his arms will flail/his whole body will twitch wh We've been in hurry-up-and-wait/crisis mode since Tuesday and I'm trying to harness my fear into doing something productive.
