ISO family therapist recommendation for difficult boy

I have an "explosive child" -- extremely intelligent and charming but prone to insane outbursts and unable to dial himself back, even when he wants to. Whatever we're doing isn't working, and I really need to consult a professional for better strategies. I will add that his teachers LOVE him, and he is always incredibly well-behaved in school; this has been true since day care (he just turned 5).
someone has recommended Jennifer Weaver to me, but she is in MacLean and I would love someone a bit closer in, preferably not extremely $$. Any ideas? And sorry if the archives contain 10,000 recommendations for exactly this problem, but I just had to drag him out of a restaurant after his sister took a crust of his grilled cheese and he started screaming at the top of his lungs, so I dont have a lot of energy for research. Just need someone brilliant who can help us pretty quickly. TIA!
