| I'm looking for feedback on this particular program at the DC campus. Please share any experiences good/bad. Thanks! |

| Both of my kids have done it and loved it - (my now 4th grade boy who loves the voyager field trips and choosing his own workshops in Explorer). My daughter now 2nd grade did Juniors for 3 summers and loved her teachers and counselors. Fun themes each week vary it up so a working mom that has the kids there 7 weeks does not feel bad about it! Adult teachers run each homebase and younger HS/college counselors assist. Have specialties in art, music, mad scientists, plus the weekly special guest. Last summer in particular was lots of fun - a few new adult teachers that had the kids singing at lunch and doing homebase activities/competition in the mornings (e.g. make banners for spirit day, etc.). Office was responsive for requests for friends to be together and the directors are very nice and get to know families too. |
