Dinner before Lion King at Kennedy Center

Any recommendations for dinner in the area for family before The Lion King at Kennedy center.


Prefer to park at Kennedy center and eat around there.

We just did this last night. We parked and ate at Farmers Fishers Bakers and walked to KC from there and back - it's a lovely 12 minute walk.

Farms Fishers and Bakers is good because they have pizzas for the kids but also nice enough to feel "special". There's a 24-hour garage in the building.

See if you can get into Circa - it's right across from the Foggy Bottom metro and the food is good. (their mac & cheese is decadent.) You could also walk up to Bertuccis in the 2000 Penn mall - the food was pretty good the last time I was there.
