If she was actually unethical, or did something illegal, you can report her to the appropriate jurisdiction's real estate commission. If she was just a bitch, there's not much you can do. Is the house in Chevy Chase? I have a feeling I know who you're talking about.

I think the level of income and professionalism expected of the two is rather different. Unless you're saying that we should expect no more from our real estate agents than we should from workers in unskilled, minimum wage jobs? |
