Please suggest a good licensed Psychologist for WISC IV Testing

You hear the name Diana Dahlgren a lot on these boards. I have no personal experience but you could probably look her name up from prior posts.

Is there a cheaper way to get WISC testing done ? do the students at GMU do it at a lower cost then the licensed psychologist ?
