How much oversight to provide?

My SD will be moving in with us this summer to attend community college. She has ADHD. She also has no desire to attend college and would be much happier going straight into the workforce. Her parents will not allow that and are forcing her to attend college. What happens after 2 years will be discussed in 2 years.

My question is---how much oversight should we (her dad and I) offer to a community college freshman with ADHD? As a Sr in HS, her mom monitored her work. Her biggest struggle is actually turning in the work and remembering what assignments are due, as well as remembering when exams are in order to study for them. Her mom provided her with a calendar and helped her write all of her due dates down, but it really didn't help.

She is now an adult. I want to respect that but at the same time, I'd like to help her succeed.
