Carribean or Central America w/ 1.5 Yr. Old-Suggestions?

We'd like to book a trip that is fairly close and preferably non-stop as we only have 6 days and want to make the most of our time.

We're looking for family-friendly/luxury (trip will be with our 1.5 yr. old).

Does anyone recommend the places below, or have others they've loved?

Rosewood Mayakoba (Riviera Maya, Mexico)

Ritz Carlton Grand Cayman

Ritz Carlton Papagayo, Costa Rica

Thanks! I noticed Grand Cayman has a toddler pool area which is definitely a nice feature.

I don't think you can get to Papagayo without an in-country connection. We went to Costa Rica and loved it, stayed at Xandari.

Grand Cayman. Ritz is amazing but you don't have to stay there. Condos near the Ritz have great pools too. Go to Camana Bay while you are there. Toddler would love the fountains.
