WHAT are the clinics doing with all of our money?

I've had clinics miss medication allergies, send me the wrong protocol, and thaw the wrong embryo on the day of transfer.

Really, this is all just coordination, these are not difficult medical questions, judgment calls. For $30,000, I'd be sure and follow up to make sure the details were correct, especially when the patient's health is at stake!

So WHY do they get away with this?

Is there a place where we can report egregious errors?

Change clinics. You're spending too much money and there is too much at stake for such mistakes to be acceptable. I stayed at CFA much longer than I should have and have since switched to an out of town clinic. Much less stressful even with it being out of town.
