It's a very slim chance that the equipment wasn't working -- checking those lights is part of their pre-trip inspection.
Call the transportation department for the schools. It doesn't matter if school is out -- drivers need to follow the appropriate procedures when letting passengers off the bus. |

Likely being used for campers, but the drivers are usually MCPS drivers and know what to do.
Summer school is not in session yet. And I don't think the schools provide busing. |

No -- ESY doesn't start until July 9. There are no SN kids in Mo Co. going to school right now. |

Yes. I got the bus number, too. My child doesn't go to MCPS so I don't know whether it was doing the right thing or not. |

I don't know what your policies and procedures are, but this seemed unsafe to me." |
