Who is responsible for snow & ice removal

| Hi, was wondering, as a landlord of a single townhouse, who is responsible for shoveling and putting down ice melt, the landlord or tenant? |

| I think it's whatever you put in the lease, but when renting single family homes I've always been responsible for lawn care and snow removal. |
