
I have a 5 yr. old son, and I think we need to have someone work with him for any possible learning disabilities. In particular, I am worried about reading. Any recommendations for this sort of thing? |
OP, if you live in MC, I would recommend their program for diagnostics. I would also recommend looking at Treatment and Learning Center in Rockville (near SGH), or the Lab School. BTW, have you asked his teacher if there is a problem?
My dd was evaluated at 2 1/2 with a speech delay. I panicked and had all of the interventions. I started a purely phonics program at 4 1/2. Now she is the best and youngest reader in her K class. Good luck. |
