Beware Subway. Apparently they're brutal on their franchisees. Search for cases with "Doctor's Associates" in the title. (That's the name of the company that invented/owns Subway.)
I think it would be kind of cool to own a Jiffy Lube (or similar). Don't know anything about their business, but it seems pretty simple and serves a pretty steady need. Get a good location and you should be set. |
