I didn't realize Lebanese Taverna counts as a chain - I know they have several locations but was thinking OP meant something national. Since LT counts, it gets my vote. For a larger chain, probably PF Changs. I know it's not " authentic" and it is very unhealthy, but yum!

I like the Sweetwater, Silverado, Mike's American chain. Always good food and service. I also like Five Guys.

For a national chain, I like Panera.

Silver Diner. Panera. Weirdly enough, Cracker Barrel. As a southerner, I have to recognize any place with real biscuits.

Pete's is so salty and Chipotle isn't? The number one reason that I avoid Chipotle is the astronomical sodium content.
