Anybody refi to below 5% recently and can provide lender info?

Our mortgage lender has f'd up our refi and we are now looking for someone else to go with. Not even sure rates are that low anymore, but I'd love lender info.

We are looking for below 5% on a 30 year fixed and we do not have a jumbo loan.

Here is the info for my mortgage guy. I locked at 4.625 for a 30 year with 1 pt 2 weeks ago. I have worked with Jeff with a few transactions. He is very responsive and patient. He has also worked with a few family members and was very supportive of those who were not as familiar with the ins and outs of the mortgage process.

I quoted a client a rate of 4.99 mid-day today (no points) 30yr fixed, but at the end of the day, the mortgage bonds ticked down a bit, which will mean rates might be a little higher tomorrow, but it could change again tomorrow.
