I’m not condoning HB’s lies, but her “crime” was very limited compared to the damage she’ll sustain. I hope she survives.

Oh god do you hear yourself???? If this is your idea of not surviving, then you need some actual real problems.

Do you hear yourself? People of all socioeconomic backgrounds suffer terribly. Just because people have a house or a car or “things” doesn’t mean they aren’t vulnerable to suffering. What a horribly simple and materialistic view you have of “problems”.

The only thing she has lost is the fake backstory that she herself created.

I'm surprised Nivea hasn't sponsored a post. "Maintaining a fake history is hard. But you know what doesn't have to be hard? Your feet with new Nivea Foot Cream!"

You should pitch that to her! 😆

I agree what she did was sketchy/shady/wrong and she knew exactly what she was doing and is taking no ownership... blaming media, but never having tried to correct this mis information... but she must be having such extreme anxiety with all of this unraveling. So much embarrassment, anxiety over how her husband is reacting to her lies, her brand being upended, and is also taking care of five kids(granted with 5 nannies but still that’s a lot).

Well, the best way to avoid the pain of that humiliation is to not lie in the first place. What did she think would happen???

No kidding, but the punishment in this case is way out of proportion with the crime. I feel sorry for her and while she shouldn’t have lied, I wonder if she actually hurt anyone - or did this to hurt anyone. And in the scheme of things, there are so many awful humans in the world. Hilaria’s not one of them, regardless of her considerable flaws.

While this story is tantalizing, she’s being bullied and savagely ridiculed for no decent reason.

How exactly is she being punished??!?!? She's not being arrested or even lost any endorsements that I am aware of. If nothing else she's getting a ton more publicity! Stop acting like she's some sort of innocent victim. No one has ever died of humiliation.

Again, if she were not a slim, active, attractive, wealthy white American woman I wonder if people would be imploring others to have this same level of compassion.

Actually, people have died following humiliation - by suicide among other things. And they anonymous cyber bullying has exacerbated this phenomenon. Literally, as social media usage ticked up so have suicide rates. So, yes, needlessly crushing and piling on someone isn’t without impact. This woman was a fake and she lied. But she didn’t steal anyone’s 401k money or stab anyone to death or steal someone’s husband or abuse her kids. She lied. And I’d feel the same compassion for a POC, too, particularly as I am one.

Girlfriend really, really needs to give a simple apology, get off social media and stop doing interviews for awhile. That’s it.

Hilaria has brought ALL OF THIS on herself. She is a privileged person who lies constantly.

Hillary/Hilaria's make believe idea that people finding out she's a fraud and pointing it out is because she flaunts her "hot body" is just more proof that she has mental issues. First of all, no one finds a mother of five standing in her panties "hot" when there are far, far hotter women. Hillary's creepy body obsession is just a tiny issue in her magical world of make believe.

Who cares what she says about herself?

She lied period. She created, embellished if that word makes the HB defenders feel better. She did this and yes it does hurt people of Spanish decent because people like myself who are really Spanish take pride in our culture and birth rights and this idiot comes along and hijacks a new identity that she has no right hijacking. Don’t care how much Spanish her parents taught her or how many trips she took. At the end of the day she’s not entitled to claim Spain and then how sick is she to give all her kids those names. I actually didn’t care one way or the other until she did that latest interview and she can’t just say sorry I was wrong. Instead she blames everything and everyone else but herself. She’s sick and need some psychotherapy.

UGH This shit again???

Right? The laziest argument of all time. Because deep down, women are just bitches who only really care about looking hot and having babies. That’s the stuff that gets us really riled up.

We couldn’t possibly care about things like lying/privilege/appropriation. Because as HB says, we really don’t have the attention spans for such complex matters.

Good LORD!

Also 5 kids is my literal idea of hell. My vagina and I have never been less jealous.

Social media will be the end of us. I honestly wish we could go back in time prior to SM. It sucks, it’s pointless, it causes more harm than good. She is a victim of social media and our warped society.

Anonymous wrote:My apologies to the poster who said Hilaria was sponsored by Nivea for her live miscarriage coverage. But I just saw it on Instagram. It's from October 2019 and it is singly the creepiest thing this woman has ever done and that's saying a lot.

Can you link to this?

This is simply ...horrific.

I've had surgery that left me disfigured/ life altering and even for legal reasons I can't bare to take photos. I can't avoid seeing myself and don't want photos to remind me.

I don't understand Hillary's rationale.

Honestly, if you get off all social media you simply do not miss it. And it’s much easier to not feel as bad about its destruction when you are out of the loop.

She's not a victim period. Liars lie. She would have lied without social media. Stop making excuses for her sick behavior.

We have no idea what she has done other than the well documented lies she has told for a decade-plus. It was just released that she was involved in YTTP which is a cult. So more and more is coming out about her -- NONE of it good.

Hilaria has lost all credibiity at this point. Between her past lies and her continuing blame-shifting, nothing she says can be taken at face value.
